Brisbane it is!

Still at Latitude: 27°S, 153°E
Weather: c. 9°C to 22°C, sunny and dry
Time: GMT +10 hours

Hold on while we morph from Darwin Daze to the Brizzy Phaze.

Had a big debate with the Captain about whether I should start an entirely new blog or keep this Pulitzer Prize winner on the go. As there is still heaps of space on the server for the blog we’ll just travel on as is – let’s rock and roll.

This migration begins with a much more solid footprint than the previous Darwin episode. Not surprising, as the commitment is 3 years rather than six months. Given that I stayed 5 times longer than expected in the NT, that gives me 15 years in Brisbane if the previous mathematical model holds. All depends on how the big assignment goes. PhD. Ha! What ambition. Who would have thought. Crazy crazy. Are you ready for the emotional rollercoaster? You thought I was already sufficiently unstable enough as it is. But as they say – carpe diem (although the nights might be a bit more slippery).

And of course – take the weather with you.
